HOSPICE CARE

Hospice care is a joint offering by Riverview and our Hospice partners. We have three hospices which provide care in our facility: Hospice Savannah, VistaCare Hospice, and Odyssey Hospice. By offering this service to our residents, we can allow them to remain in place and still receive the benefits of Hospice Care. Hospice team members coordinate with our staff allowing your family member to have the benefit of both services.
