Riverview is proud to offer an Employee Wellness Program under the leadership of Dr. Bertice Berry. Employees are welcome to attend these uplifting, encouraging, soul-searching and educational meetings weekly. Below are a few reactions to Dr. Berry's sessions.

Each one of us is a special creation of God with our own voice, unique personalities, habits, intelligence, and tastes. So there really are no ordinary people, we are all one of a kind. The residents here at Riverview are precious and they have been given to us to value and cherish in their later days. That should be our goal everyday to show them their great worth. "I just returned from the 'Lip Sync' contest and wanted to take a moment to tell you how much I enjoyed my time with your staff and residents. While the contest was a lot of fun it was also inspiring. Your resident who played 'Ike Turner' in the winning skit was a reminder that no matter what challenges we face, we still have the opportunity to bring joy and laughter to others-while having a good time ourselves. I know that it must be a great comfort to your residents and their families to know that they are staying in a place that makes enjoying life and laughter such a priority.
