ADMISSIONS

Admissions to Riverview Health & Rehabilitation Center are coordinated by the Admissions Director. All referrals are given prompt attention and reviewed by our case management team. Once the appropriate medical, psychological, and financial information are received, a quick response on appropriateness for placement can be given. Rates vary according to the size and type of accommodations chosen. Exact quotes are available upon request. We accept residents paying privately, with third party payer (insurance) or Medicaid. Riverview is also Medicare certified. We can assist in determining eligibility for insurance and state medical payment programs and in completing all required forms.
